In spinning the wool, our manufacturer use particularly long-fibered wool which produces yarns of the finest quality. This enables us to obtain cloths with very few protruding fibers that are extremely comfortable to wear. Merino virgin wool is the best pure new sheep's wool; it is breathable, durable and wrinkle resistant.

Delivery Time:
As all our robes and gowns are individually handcrafted to your exact specifications, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production and delivery. Should you need your robe sooner, an express service (approx. 3–4 weeks) is available on request — or we will find a solution by personal arrangement. Perfection takes time—thank you for your patience.

We carefully pack each robe to ensure it arrives safely. Upon receipt, we kindly ask you to inspect your package and open it carefully, as each garment is custom-made for you.

A made-to-measure piece is uniquely yours and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind — such custom-made goods are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal (§ 312g (2) no. 1 German Civil Code; Art. 16(c) EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Your protection against faults is absolute: if an item arrives defective or is not made as ordered, we will repair, remake or refund it.
